Caesar's Italian Restaurant was founded in 1956 with the simple idea of serving good Italian food at a reasonable price. Seven course dinners were our greatest concept. Diners would come in and find their tables covered with mouth-watering antipasti. That first course was the beginning of an adventure in food.
