welcome. Located at Bay and Powell Streets in North Beach,
it's one of those funky fifties restaurants that could teach some of the trendy
newcomers a whole textbook on how to survive. Serving pasta, pesce, carne e
pollo for more than 45 years, Caesar's makes no secret of its strategy for
success: plenty of good food at reasonable prices, and make sure the customer

Decor/views: Off the main wharf drag, Caesar's has a certain Old World
Charm. The restaurant is family friendly and great for large parties.
Food: The lengthy menu offers familiar food in abundant portions. Standards
like veal parmigiana and cannelloni a la romana are just a few of the options.
Tender battered calamari is delicious, as is the prosciutto wrapped melon.
Specials are often the best menu. Don't miss the marinated grilled veal
T-bone when it's offered.
